How do I create a Survey in my course?
When the survey page opens: Creating a Survey is great way to ask the members of your course what they think of the material, what else they might want to learn and guage how successful the class is.
To create a Survey:
1) Select the red "Manage Course" tab
2) Select "New Survey" in the dropdown menu

1) Add a Title, then select the Module that you want the Survey to be stored in
2) You made add Instructions to explain the Survey
3) In the Settings, you can have the Survey expire if the course has an end date, or allow it to not expire.
4) You can also allow the student to see their previous attempt at the survey when they load a new one or not
When you are finished with all of these options, make sure you click "Save Changes"
Once your changes are saved, you may add questions. You can pick the format of the question from the dropdown menu.
Save each question at the bottom of the page.
Once you have created questions, you have the option to Edit or Delete them.
